Special Cats

Special Cats for Special People

We are seeking that special person who will give a home to one or more of these wonderful cats who would otherwise have to spend the rest of their lives in cages. These six beautiful cats have tested positive for the FIV virus.  Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a much misunderstood disease.  It is a slow virus that affects a cat's immune system over a period of years.  It is a cat-only disease not contagious to humans or other species of animals and poses no special risk to someone with immune deficiencies.  FIV+ cats most often live long and normal lives without symptoms in a clean low stress environment with good nutrition.  They are spay/neutered, immunized, and symptom free.  They may even overcome the virus and test negative later.

Please open your heart to them so that you and they can share the love and companionship they have to offer, and so much need and deserve.

For more information about these cats, please call Lee at 754-366-8072.
